Join Storyteller/Clown Adi Paxton in ‘Double the Fun’ a Fun-tastic family show in two parts.

In Part 2:’ Cherry’s Magic Fun Show’ you help a ditsy clown with a heart, get into the act with hats, silly magic tricks and balloons for family fun. Her interactive shows have entertained children from ages 3 to 103! People from prisoners to presidents ( including Nelson Mandela) and even those who are ill enjoy her gentle humour. Now you can join in with crazy captions at home too.

Previously performed at the National Arts Festival, Splashy Fen and Hermanus Whale Festivals amongst others, as a standalone :the show has developed over time.

In 2014 the solo show was combined with Part 1: Pet’s Tale, a real shaggy dawg story, audiences help Pet to find a home. Along the way, they meet iZikwe, that is, a bushbaby, a snooty Giraffe and B.D. Beware the Snake in the Grass! Actions and occasional IsiZulu words are captioned.

AdI Paxton is a Durban based clown. magicienne, puppeteer, voice artist and story writer. She specializes in Family Friendly Shows and developed Cherry as a clown character in 1986.

This clown with a heart has also worked with Reach For a Dreams’s Jabulani Kingdom since 2011. she is currently developing a WhatsApp means for herself and the other 13 clowns on the project to interact with children currently completely isolated by their life threatening illnesses and the Covid-19 pandemic. her live ‘Chats with Cherry’ , launched here on vNAF, will be used to sponsor the “Jabulani Jive” live chats with these fun-makers.
