Amaryoni is an a capella group that started 11 years ago. It is led by internationally renowned musician, Zamo Mbutho.
This production brings vibrant a capella, mixed with South African music genres. It’s a celebration of the music and compositional talents of some of South Africa’s musical geniuses, and of a few new-comers too. These interpretations of the originals aim to revive and preserve the culture for future generations.
Amaryoni is surely a special treat for young and old South African and international audiences at this year’s National Arts Festival.
