Tiffani Joy is a multidisciplinary filmmaker, creative and academic, specializing in short films and documentaries. While still in the early stages of her creative career, Tiffani has developed a distinctive style in the work she creates.

In 2021, Tiffani began the conceptualization of Cigarettes After Sex as a means to explore the power of vulnerability while also giving voice to the inner musings of imperfect relationships. The visual style of Cigarettes After Sex was influenced by Tiffani’s long-standing interest in experimental art and photography.

Cigarettes After Sex is the second project which Tiffani has worked as the director of photography while her role on the project also included director and writer.
