Iconic Divas

Music / Thomas Pringle

Who hasn’t grown up singing along to the toe-tapping rhythms of Nina Simone and Aretha Franklin? The powerhouse vocals of Whitney Houston and Chaka Khan? The tearing showmanship of Tina Turner and the tender musical caresses of our 21st-century stars like Adele and Beyoncé?

“Best of Both Concerts” presents Yohan Chun, Francois Botha and Langa Dubazana who combine their prodigious musical talents to pay tribute to the women whose soundtracks shaped their generations. With a full sound of the live band and three-part harmonies, expect a non-stop energetic rollercoaster of musical fun designed to ensure that everyone gets to sing along to their favourite Divas.

Using their skills honed in their studies of classical and jazz art music, these prize-winning musicians and entertainers will provide a seamless and polished programme of entertainment that will have you dancing and singing along from beginning to the end.
