Our fab app will put AMAZ!NG in your pocket

You can keep AMAZ!NG in your pocket by downloading the Festival’s 2017 mobile app. Free from both iOS and Android stores, you can use the app as a portable Festival planner, working out what to see and making bookings for tickets.
Visitors to the National Arts Festival can carry their plans in their pocket with the Festival’s 2017 mobile app. Free to download from both iOS and Android stores, the National Arts Festival app is a portable Festival-planner that enables online bookings and stores users’ e-tickets on the go.
- Download the iOS version from the AppStore
- Downoad the Android version from Google Play
Please note that if you downloaded the app last year, it’s important to update to the latest version to get this year’s shows and info.
Festival-goers who like to plan on the move can scan through the programme on the app, searching by day, artist or show. A venue map will make sure you find your way on time and there’s a live tracker for the Festival Hoppers – the free Festival hop-on hop-off shuttles that are available to transport visitors between venues.
If you buy tickets via the app, you’ll be able to have them scanned at the door – there’s no need to print tickets. And as the app and website share your log-in profile, all your purchases will reflect under both your web and app profiles. This means that if you bought tickets on our website, you can simply fire up the NAF app on your phone to have the tickets scanned at the door. That’s pretty nifty, you have to agree…
National Arts Festival app users can also read the latest Festival news and updates (including extra shows and cancellations, as well as the Standard Bank Ovation Award nominations. You can also connect to the chatter on the Festival’s social channels, so tune in to the conversation by following the hashtag #NAF17.
