The Fringe Programme is an uncurated platform open to artists from anywhere in the world to present work across any genre, language, format or content. Fringe artists pay a registration fee, and bring the work to the Festival by their own means. The National Arts Festival Fringe is characterised by a diverse collection of works that range from pure entertainment to complex experimentation. The Fringe has been the launch pad for many artists’ careers and many artists return to the Fringe time and again to bring new work and new ideas to the stage.  Though it is a large platform, the Fringe Festival is limited to the capacity of the City’s infrastructure.
