Dineo

Dineo is a member of Lesotho’s Liberation Movement turned ruling party who faces criticism and possible exclusion from a position she deserves because of claims that she is not a MoSotho woman. Attempts have been made to taint her name by drawing attention to the fact that her mother is a Malawian. In order to extinguish this fire before it destroys her chances, she confronts the key instigator. She draws on her vast knowledge of SeSotho culture and the specific upbringing which shaped her into a proud and uncompromising MoSotho woman to destroy her assailant’s claims.
