Confluency | Walkabout

Art Talk  /  Exhibition / Environmental Learning Research Centre

The exhibit, called ‘Confluency’, linking Canada, South Africa, and broader Africa, invites visitors to respond and build on the works as co-creators of knowledge towards water justice. Showcasing creative translations of key themes from the 2023 Confluency conference – which brought together artists, youth, academics, nonprofits and civil society–alongside artworks by diverse communities engaged in research projects presented at the conference. Art mediums include: comics, photo stories, videos, songs, social sculptures, murals, string art, poetry and more.
