Don’t Dismiss The Elements

Dance / Great Hall

DON’T DISMISS THE ELEMENTS illustrates four elements of nature through various genres of dance, and introduces a fifth notion, chaos.
Throughout many moons, humankind has driven the rapid development of the built environment, seen the advancement of medical and technological sciences, drastically shifted the global economy, and geopolitics is everchanging. However, our immense material consumption and advancement is paradoxically a consequence of the human experience.

Through movement, we embody what came before us and our journey begins in a sweet comfort knowing that belong…but what has happened now that we’re here. . . What will be left? And what can we do about it?
