Problem with ‘Print at Home’ function – we’re working on it!

Dear NAF Customer

Thank you for your purchase. We’re aware of an intermittent problem with the ‘Print at Home’ function and are working to rectify it as soon as possible.

Be assured that your tickets will remain on your profile – you’ll find them under ‘MY ACCOUNT’ in the top menu. Once we’ve banished this gremlin, you’ll be able to print them at a time that’s convenient to you.

Or, you can get your tickets in the following ways:

  • Swipe your credit card at the collections kiosk at the Monument Box Office or at the Village Green Box Office in Makhanda to print.
  • Present your credit card to any Box Office cashier and we’ll print them for you.
  • Download the National Arts Festival app (iOS or Android). Once you’re logged in, you’ll find your tickets there. You can have the barcode scanned at the venue.

Please note that in all instances, only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry.
