[FESTIVAL NOTICE] A heads up to all artists participating in this year’s Fringe to submit their technical questionnaires by no later than Wednesday 20 May.

You would have received the technical information form by email. If you don’t have a copy, you can download one here. The form is an Adobe document that will automatically be sent to us once you hit ‘submit’. If you’re unsure of how to fill this in, please get in touch. Details are below.

We need as much technical information about your production as possible so that, together with your venue technicians, we can best prepare for your arrival and ensure that your technical rehearsal period runs smoothly. This will mean a more successful Festival experience for everybody.

You’re welcome to submit your information as soon as it’s ready, as 20 May is our final deadline. We will not be able to accommodate any special requests after this date.

How to fill in the technical questionnaire:

• Open the PDF file sent to you in Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don’t have Acrobat, you can download it free from www.adobe.com.
• Click on ‘submit’ once you have filled in the form and it will be emailed back to the Technical Office.
• You can also save the file and / or print a copy out for your own records.
• Once you have clicked “submit” you will be asked whether you are sending through Microsoft or another email application.
• If you are using an email application other than Microsoft Outlook (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Pegasus), you will have to save your completed form and send it as an email attachment.

You will receive a receipt notification from the Festival Office within 5 days of your submitting your form. If you do not receive any confirmation from us within this time frame, please check that your form has been received.
