Mhlengikazi is drawn to the beautiful sound of a bird singing deeply melancholic melody. She reciprocates echoing the tune. “Ndavi ilizwi kwelotyholo. Ndakhangela ndasondela.Lalisitsho lisithi. Ntyilo ntyilo ya’mandi lontsholo” The beauty of the melody and the tune are then disrupted by explosive moaning. It’s a young man caught in the blaze of political violence.
